I think he actually believes that it is a way of invitation, but honestly how does a guy think that?

And really is it a brag? Wouldn't a brag be, "oh man I ran out of condoms".

If I was a guy that would not be my pick up line.

I am not offend.

I am truly interested in the thought process behind it.

Why don't you think thats good communication, but bad topic perhaps (depends on the scenario) well i was asked the question and I simply replied "yeah", but doesn't matter. Just saying.
