Scenario:

I was politely explaining to a guy that his communication skills and topics were not going to lead to any positive results with a women.
(Not me obviously because I clearly stated several times I am not available.)

When he then randomly says(texts) "I have condoms."

What is the purpose?
I think he actually believes that it is a way of invitation, but honestly how does a guy think that?

And really is it a brag? Wouldn't a brag be, "oh man I ran out of condoms".

If I was a guy that would not be my pick up line.

I am truly interested in the thought process behind it.
