Don't get me wrong I see potential in the idea you're proposing, I'm just thinking about how it could work best.
Another thing is, if you're a guy and notice suddenly on your profile a warning saying "2 guys complained that they felt this guy used them for a quick lay", most guys will either try to get deleted or make a new account or they'll protest to us. Also, usually none of the guys will have red the rules. None of our users ever reads our rules so we're working with a "warning first, punishment the next time" system. But then also most girls who complain about a guy want to stay anonymous.

Ok you get my idea, but you're executing it wrong... When you make a label next to the name, don't say who said it such and such, just say something like "quick fling", or "only here for one-nighters" or something like that. They'll protest to you? That makes no sense. Of course you're gonna warn them first, so protesting to you doesn't sound reasonable, and if they do, don't you have enough argument to fend them off? And making a new account? Now this is where your rule of having to verify your face, and pictures, kicks in. Don't you make every new member having to verify their looks, their pictures, and have to video call with mods? Use that to your advantage?

What is this? Are we in kindergarten or something? Wake up girls, and welcome to the real life. Boys will be boys and some of them will always be d*cks, no matter the nationality. There is no kpop prince in shining armor waiting to take you to his magical castle.

But yeah, whatever. Do as you like. This kind of stuff won't affect me anyway.

Well of course anyone can testify/speak out but we need to develop a means that makes sure that what the testimonial is true.

A thread where moderators post pics of "victims" with guys who mislead them sounds like a very interesting idea =) Like, if two individual girls report a guy for misleading and both have a pic of him and them then one of those gets posted in a "warning thread" in the forums ... and then our girls have to use their common sense from there ... that sounds like something that might work a bit better than the other suggestions (including mine XD)

About people who share a computer (or have previously used the same computer): These do exist, but that's pretty easy to find out. In case of doubt both need to cam up XD

I am pretty sure that kind of action is illegal data privacy wise. ;)

Oh and by the way, while we are already at it, a request:

Can you make a rule which forces people to state their age? Because there were a few times where I was thinking something like "Damn, how old is she? Is it okay for me to talk/reply to her?l"

I actually never thought about this before, and I have to agree myself that it might be smart O.o but remember it's easy to lie about your age... O.o so yeah ...

I read quite few comments on this topic and people are wondering why girls are so naive etc.

Well, girls and guys, when you have fallen for someone, anyone can be naive and not think straigth. Even those who are now saying "Who can be so naive?", i will say if you are head over heels to someone, even you can be that naive.

Love is blind everyone.
And if someone does that kind of trick to you, it hurts like hell. Some lose their faith in love, some recover and have scar as a memory.

So my opinion is: How can someone be that cruel to do something like that.

And to that rule thing, i'm not against that kind of rule, but it should be worked, that it will be flawless, cause it sucks if someone would be kicked out, when they haven't done anything.

I think this would be a good idea too.

Websites cannot enforce such things. It's out of Hey-Ai's control and is up to the responsibility of the members to keep it in check. This type of thing happens everywhere. The best thing to do is to stress responsible decisions from members. If a girl doesn't want to get hurt then maybe she shouldn't give up the goods until after she has a firm commitment or has seen this guy for a while.

I wouldn't call this "tricking someone into having sex." You can't trick that. It's either rape or it's consensual. Maybe it's different for me since not many members are from my area so I'm not going out with them and dealing with this. But I have visited someone from here and I did have the chance to have sex with them and, believe it or not, I was able to restrain myself. Girls can't be "easy" and then cry when their feelings get hurt, brah.

I wouldn't be so sure. It depends. For example check out:
