The Thai language itself is actually really easy and simple, it's just the writing system that's a pain in the backside to use. ^_^

Learning Korean, my language exchange partner says im doing well :huh: but he could just be being nice. When i go to Korea in June hopefully ill be a master. :up:

If you are going to learn Mandarin and Taiwanese.

I speak Taiwanese mostly to my grandmother because from time to time she can't not understand Mandarin and I speak Mandarin with my mom and dad but we mix Mandarin and Taiwanese when we have conversation. However, with my friends and other people we use Taiwanese as funny way to make expression but should depend on where people come from as some people from certain region in Taiwan do not understand Taiwanese well.

Mandarin is widely used. If you are in Taiwan then is better to learn both and if you can't then just go for Mandarin.
