Whether you're seen as confident or arrogant, creepy or charmingly persistent, friend zoned or f*** zoned all depends on if she finds you hot.

For a sufficiently attractive guy, many missteps can be forgiven and his every action will be seen in a much better light.

TBH it's kind of sickening once you witness it happening in front of your eyes.

jokes on you. I don't live with my mom

I'm not sure about finding the "one" but even finding a decent friendship here is pretty grim. You just have to have patience and weed out the phase type ones or momentarily burst of attraction. It's best not to actively search for one because it's quite the fall when things go south. I made a few good friends that I can say for life, who knows maybe one of them will turn out more. For now, I will be content with this and not expect more.
