What does it mean when a girl keeps staring at you

Most likely she's attracted to you, unless you have on something eye catching.

I say if the girl is staring she thinks you're attractive.
If her eyes look distant, perhaps she is just looking in your direction and her mind is elsewhere...
Look for blushing and smiling - those are good indicators too!
I know I blush a lot if I see a guy notice me checking him out. I hate that my feelings get exposed so easily, but if it helps give the guy the go-ahead, then so be it.

That I think is more likely to be reality. after all, an example, why do you think inter racial couples get stared at. its not likely to be for positive reasons is it.

It really depends on how the stare is and how long. And like some other dude here said that most girls actually look in the ground when u look back. Seriously lol. If I see someone with a really UGLY suit or whatever, I take a quick glance and just stare into space and shrugs inside of me...I don't keep staring at the person for whatever time and suddenly let out a little smile xD

There's two reasons I'd ever stare at a person.
1) verrry pretty....(but yes, I'm one of those girls that looks to the ground or quickly turn my head if he looks back, because I KNOW I ocasionally start to blush) I have issues
2) he dresses incredible cool/cool hair etc. Anyway...in those cases I'd just technically walk up to him or her and let them know that I totally dig ...whatever it is that I find really cool. I happen to admire people who dares to do things different. And I know that alot of people often feel unsure about different kinda stuff and a compliment from a stranger can do so many many things...... (damn I wish I could combine those two haha)
