Kensup, it all depends.

You have to learn to examine the situation, and read between lines. IMO these are the possible cases:

She's very outgoing or extroverted, and can't keep what she thinks to herself, and may regret saying it (because of shame) just after saying it.

She's the kind of girls who likes one-night stands (some ppl call them sluts, some liberal girls XD).

She thinks that you are a good guy, but with low self-steem, because of something you said or did, and is just trying to cheer you up.

She's a girl, so could just said it randomly, to cause confusion ( i noticed a lot of girls do that XDDD)

Her friend likes you (this is not logic, but i have faced this situation personally xddd)

She's a ... i don't know the word in english, one of those girls that have fun making guys getting hot and then leaving xD

Can't remember of more situations right now, just wanted you to know, because some of them are weird, so you can judge yourself what could it be. Hope my reply were even slightly helpful

I think it depends on the girl. When some girls say it, I don't think they like you, they just like how you look. I've never told a guy omg you're so hot cause I think that's a lame thing to tell someone. To me It doesn't sound sincere if that makes since... Or not.

well i don't say to all guys that they are hot just for those who i think are....looool what i mean is that if girl saying u are hot that doesn't mean that she likes u or have a crush on u just she thinks u are good looking...which don't mean anything serious too...but well it depends on a girl. it might be that she finds u hot bcoz she likes u so hard to say tbh.
