Since we have the pandemic i stopped going to the gym. Even though fitness is a part of my daily routine to maintain the balance between work and life i would never put my health on the line. So last year i started to buy some dumbbells and doing everything at home. In the near future im looking forward to buy some equipments or create a kind of small home gym if i move to a flat with much more space.

aziaelion wrote: @zen Looking at your bicep I can tell you've only been doing curls to form your muscle. A suggestion if I may... include hammer curls and reverse curls into your arm exercises to strengthen and lengthen your muscle. My arm was similar to yours in that I mainly did basic curls.

I do a little bit of everything actually, but only the bicep sticks out more. And I confess I’ve been eating like crap and using Pepsi max to substitute water XD

Weight lifting with a bit of calisthenics and yoga mixed in, MISS for most cardio (except on HIIT/sprint days). Lots of protein.
Now I just need to clamp back down on my diet and cut down the last 15 or so lbs, been putting that off a bit too long. :pshh:

Thankfully I have gym equipment at home for the exercises that do require it. And now that the weather is finally getting nicer I can go for sprints and walks outdoors without dying from freezing to death.

When you say long walks, what's the usual duration? I would love to go hiking. Uphill battles are the best.
