If the girl play hard to get, actually it could be a good sign that she is into you and wanna test you, stay for some time but do not stop meeting new girls. If you passed the test, and she finally showed affection, it is worthy. But if she keep testing for whole month, approach other girls and forget about her. I lived in Australia for many years. Learned to keep calm and focus on what I should but not chasing girl, see what the result. Once you get use to it you will be proud and arrogant. In that way it is even harder to find a girl. If you are not seeking then you will never get it

I lived in Russia for a long time. I can say generally the most of Russian girls are not into Asians, because there is the perception of an Asian to be from Central Asia (e.g. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan etc.) tons of which settled in Russia. Usually, they are employed in low-skilled work. In Ukraine, things are a little bit better for us. Why a little bit? Almost every third European man dreams about a Ukrainian girl Demand is many times greater than supply.
But if you reach a Russian/Ukrainian girl it would be the greatest thing in your and her lives =) East Slavic women almost the best choice for family, career, business, sex, mutual respect etc.

That's right, I saw many documentation and news about this problem, too.
Most Asians are from China and Taiwan.
In Vietnam girls also got kidnapped. They wake up in mainland china to be sold to mostly Chinese or Taiwanese man.
Girls got raped, beaten up, tortured, starved to death, killed etc
I don't want to doom a whole country for some selfish people, but those are the fact.

The info I’ve got was those Vietnamese women took the money and left the old poor man,then hit the next target. But have no doubt if those people actually do that, when I was young, some women stole me away and I was almost got sold to a different family. To this days, such cases still happening.

Don't get me wrong, but someone who is able to accomplish a high standard of wealth, especially in different kind of business area beside your profession as an engineer, can not be that naive!

Everyone who is relatively successful in the big world of business, in your case is it real estate, must have a high social competence.
If someone has a low self esteem and low social skills, he or she is not able to do business anyway.
And you sound like you don't know completely what to do with your social life, except grinding for more money.
