also, men in China are "conquering" the world these days by outdoing Westerners in a lot of things. as they achieve and overachieve, they're making heads turn. it's very surprising to see a person excel in such big ways.

*i'm just speculating because i don't really know what others are thinking or desiring, but most people would find that sort of thing intimidating in a good way.

I don't think it matters much about his ethnicity/race. However, I've met a handful of Koreans, Japanese and Chinese guys and would have to say I get along better with Chinese guys for some reason. I guess it would also depend on the guys themselves because each person is different and you can't judge a whole race from meeting one person. :hmm: :nerd:

I love the three countries of East Asia and Southeast Asia. I think there is no preference for me in different nationalities or countries that conform Asia, I admire, love and respect their culture, history, traditions and music of ethnicities different..
The most important is the friendship, sincerity, respectful, personality, loyalty and compatibility that the person possesses..

I'm here temporarily, but I'm not from here. While higher your frequency, higher will be your conscience.

What about the rest of us Asians of non Chinese, Japanese, or Korean descent?

We're even more rare. Like the hidden element in the periodic table. You gals should treasure us. The big three are a dime a dozen. Come explore OUR cultures. ;)

Although the big three had quite a few votes each, almost 30% voted that it doesn't really matter, which is more than any one of the three

I saw that after I actually voted LOL. I"m even more astonished that the majority vote was for guys that just wanted to see the stats. LOL

My question to you gals and non-Asians that selected a specific ethnicity. Can you tell the differences in physical appearances enough to know what was what or is it simply because of the culture or being told that's what they were?

There are prominent features in each ethnicity, but even for Asians ourselves it's difficult to tell. I can pass for many different ones easily just by speaking whichever language suits my needs (with terrible accent tones though). The folks just assume that I'm Americanized and can't speak it properly. LOL

I prefer Chinese men, but that's because they are the only ones that have been kind to me. The Korean men were fairly rude and would have issues with my hair, size, or overly kind/caring nature (this is in highschool, I haven't seen any Koreans in person after I graduated) I haven't met many Japanese, Thai, Taiwanese, Malay, Vietnamese, etc. in person so I cant say much. All in all I don't have a preference because everyone is different... personality, ambition, trust, and friendship take priority over everything for me so anyone could be a candidate for my heart and a good mate with that mindset...but if it's based on experience, the above is what I would have to say....
