When are you going there? in the Winter season?

Then you really have to bring body loition and lip balm, and hand cream.

The air was so extremely dry when I was there last winter that my skin started to "crack" cause i didnt have any lotion. My lips, hands, legs. it was so painful. All the other people I went there with experienced the same so it's not me who's sensitive, it really is the dry weather..

China is a big country, around the climate varies. Very hot south, the north is very cold, I think the best weather in Sanya of Hainan, where the four seasons such as summer, very comfortable, even in winter there is also just wear unlined, close to the south is tropical

Hainan is too wet, although I am also a southerner. I was in Hainan, I basically was a prisoner of air conditioning ;)

Shenzhen has great nightlife..tons of expats…many expat areas with western restaurants and bars…the weather is nice year round…you are 30 minute train ride from Hong Kong Of the big cities i’ve visited (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu Nanjing Hangzhou Tianjin, Hohhot, Qingdao, dalian, Harbin ) i’d have to say Shanghai every time, the place has a lot of atmosphere. I live in Guangxi though, in which i’ve lived in Beihai, Liuzhou, Guilin and Nanning, and of these cities i’d recommend Guilin, it’s clean, beautiful, an hour from Yangshuo (always a laugh there) and it’s got all the night-life you could need. Plenty of ex-pats too, but nothing like the big coastal cities There all han chinese, yet their are huge differences in height, bone structure, muscle tendency and facial jaw bone differences and other (smaller eyes) Northern Chinese ppl have an average height of 5'9" -5'10 But Southern Chinese averaged only 170 cm
