I'm not that huge of a fan of Jackie Chan as you. My favorite Jackie Chan movie would have to be the drunken fist one. I don't remember the name, its the one where he didn't practice the female drunk style and just goofed off, then beat the final boss using the combined styles of what he did know.

But actually Chow Yun-fat and Andy Lau were more influential in local Asian scene. Jackie and Jet Li more important for popularizing HK/Chinese movies in the west.

Chow Yun-Fat in 辣手神探... the best.
