Black/Asian interracial relationship?

I suppose this is just something I've noticed.

I haven't seen many couples that consist of this combination. I mean, I know they exist because I have met some half Asian/half Black people.

But one thing I have noticed is that in that sort of relationship, the male is usually black and the female Asian. I've never seen it the other way round.

I have never seen a couple where the female is Black and the male Asian. I was wondering if there was reason behind this.

Just thought I'd add I'm mixed race myself. White on my father's side and Black on my mother's.

i was in it for a brief period.

she was 50%black(jamaican, half white), I am 100% korean.

she had a terrible temper, and she broke up with me.

then she wanted me back, and I was just not sure if she could control her emotions.

then she proved me right. I don't talk to her anymore.

but I still wish her well, and wonder how she's doing...

She may have just been a wild one... I'm Jamaican on my mother's side, White British on my father's.

I have the occassional temper, like anyone, but most of the time I tend to be calm lol

I think you just got a little unlucky with her, not all black/mixed girls are like that.

well of course, i wasn't generalizing, i was just offering my experience, and saying that there are relationship like that.

I also believe there should be more faith in going beyond what you see. I have dated a black girl and she was jamaican too. So don't worry, you just have to ask more asian guys out. I guarantee you will find your prince.

I think there are usually preconceived notions on both sides. Asian guys I've met have always had these ideas of what black women would act like and I know black women who think certain things about Asian guys.

Also as you seen on this site all the time, some Asian guys will say they want someone white or hispanic. It is was it is I guess.

Just look up "ambw" on youtube. There are a lot of asian male/black female couples and its growing by the day.

Yes, well, I've noticed remarkable differences among black women, depending on her background. People from East Africa vs West Africa vs South Africa vs Caribbean vs America vs mixed British all have different culture, idioms, and values. My compatibility obviously varies depending on person but I do find that I get along with certain groups above better than others.

Interestingly enough for mixed people, it seems to matter a lot which parent is black.

As to your question, I think black guys have the media behind them always trumpeting their sexiness. They're also more assertive and aggressive in courting the female.
