HELP! Name this movie! I can't find it and I want to see it again

It is an asian film where a man falls in love with a blind woman however he lies and prentends he is this famous actor or musician. One day the woman gets her sight back and she wants to meet him, as he feels he is too ugly he gets the man he was pretending to be, to go along and pretend to be him however this famous man starts to fall in love with her! I forgot to add she is a pianist. In the end she knows it was him, the actual guy and she doesn't think he was ugly and they get together.
Throughout the movie the ugly guy is helped by a criminal who is wacky and always being chased by this cop, the last scene is the cop chasing after him!

If anyone can name this film I'll appreciate it!!!

LOL. I am laughing as finally I searched Beauty and the beast Korean film and it came up! It is called The Beast and Beauty. It is on you tube to watch in full, it is both funny and romantic. This man who considers himself ugly falls in love with a blind woman but pretends to be his handsome school friend, she gets her eye sight back and he makes excuses to not be seen by her by claiming he has to go and work in Hawaii. However she one day bangs into his school friend and thinks it is him, a lot of comedy and wacky adentures then happen, the original guy has a very funny friend who is kind of a criminal but he is very odd which adds to the comedy.

Its a very good film I recommend it. In my search I found a movie called Au Revois, UFO, also korean where a man falls in love with a blind woman and pretends to be someone else, I have not seen this movie but it looks very funny so that is going on my list.

The Goddess Of 1967
