I like guys that are taller than me or around the same height. My ideal height would be between 5ft9- 5ft11. I just have a thing for guys who are a little taller. I'm quite tall (5ft7), so anything that's around that height or a little taller is perfect. I tend to like tall guys so I can stand on my toes when we kiss. :p haha.

Isn't the whole height ideal a societal factor rather than biological?

In any case, the only reason I love women at 5'8" to 5'9"... is cause they have some long sexy ass legs =D

Indeed, to an extent. I think girls are naturally inclined to look for the height thing. The standard that society might hold is probably dictated by values of the day. Similar to how women that were "not skinny" were considered beautiful in times of hardship. Or how "pink" was considered to be a "manly" color at the turn of the previous century.

Yeah, height really isn't that important. Most shorts girls I know refer to themselves as being "fun-sized" and the tall ones really aren't that much taller.

As long as they're not extreme midgets or walking skyscrapers.

Hmm, I would prefer a guy to at least be a little bit taller than me if anything because I'm kinda short anyway, 5ft 2" but I suppose it's not exactly the first thing I notice though either so it's not that important to me.
