I will.
It is like "I failed to meet someone in real life so I have to go Online"

in that case many people 'fail' these days, since there are countless datingsites and many people have tried them at least once. I don't think you have to see it as failing

It's not so much failing, it's just broadening your options.

I would totally tell my mother that I met him online then again I don't think she'd be surprised. the only think she'd be shock about is that I actually met someone cause I'm just so darn picky when it comes to guys

Well this kind of website might be different because you are into Asian Guys who might be rare in your own country.

But for me, going on meetic, okcupid or whatever, it is just because you have difficulties to talk to people in public places.
Just a point of view.

I dunno... I'd say I'm pretty sociable. I'm only on a couple dating sites (Don't take them seriously really.) Because I think it could be neat. There's just somethin more special meeting some off the net that I just can't explain.

Lets refrain from the sexual references or this will have to be moved to PG13.

if your embarrased then you shouldnt be doing it in the first place. be proud of what you are! and the decisions you make!

I second this. And this applies to any public location as well, whether it be at a bar, book store, club, etc. If you really love someone why be so embarrassed about whether you meet them online or not? In this day and age it's all about facebook, social media, etc so why would that be such a suprise?

there's no boundary btw online and offline in my life. so i may as well say that i failed meeting ppl online then i moved to meeting them offline. what's the point?
