Yes, I understand we (the ladies) are on here because we have "different" taste but to say that you are only interested in or only date Asian "A" or Asian "B", is sad.
When really at the end of the day I personally am just not attracted to white guys and I come from a mixed family I don't want the drama from dating a black guy( step mom is black), and I don't like Mexican food sooooo that leaves me all of the Asian countries I am not going to limit my chances . (Yes there is South America and Africa and other countries and if I like their food I will like them too)

Should rename this thread to

"Which food do you prefer more, Korean, Japanese or Chinese?"

i think these types of threads are mostly just to get answers from woman of whether or not a certain race is still on women's minds as potential dating partners. it's mostly just reassurance or a sense that type A or B, or whichever type, is also liked a lot. it's maybe forgetting things like personality, but that has more to do with lots of messages being sent by society that only one type seems to be getting most of the attention.

it's also interesting to hear about some elements that might "flavor" a person based on their region. for instance, i hear southern Chinese men, in general, are more subtle or quiet in the way they express themselves compared to the ones in the north. Korean or Singaporean men might be more westernized in their thoughts or behavior. lots of nature vs. nurture going on. rural men may be totally different from city dwellers, and so on.

Dated a half Chinese guy and we had crazy chemistry but it burned out hard and fast although it was so passionate and hot. He'd say some things in bed in Chinese and I'd MELT. It sounded so hot the way he would say them.

Now dating a half Korean guy and he's so reserved and walled off. We don't have crazy chemistry. It's more like a slowly budding thing because he's very private and quiet about deeper things. Still trying to get him out of his shell. We are both seeking a permanent partner for our lives and ultimately marriage so maybe that could be each other. We might make little Kormexicasian babies some day. XD
