Hello,

I decided to update my portrait, but no matter how I am flipping it, it appears sideways. Any advice?

Hi there, go to the original file and rotate it from there. I.e. Im assuming itll be open using Windows Photo Viewer, here go to the bottom bar and click the arrows, that'll rotate it for ya then close it for the file save then re-upload.
