I admit this problem sometimes. However, it is not very important..
The site refuses to load, it takes time to get the message and it does not show the account to be active towards the public.. There are other people whose problem with your account and the site is more complicated..
The solution would be to speak with the administrator and responsible for the online site that analize and verify the status of your account, although it also depends on your server and the coverage area..
