My native language is Spanish but I grew up with English too (part of my family is from the West Indies), I learned Arabic at school but I forgot most of it, recently I learned Korean but couldn't go further since the courses won't open -3-U

Finnish is my native. English is my second, followed by Swedish, French, German and Russian. I've been self-studying Japanese as a casual hobby for the past 4 years, and while my level is very basic, it's still much better than my French or Russian :D for some reason I've maintained the German.

I expect some of these languages to fade as I get more involved with Japanese :S which is a shame because I adore languages and would love to learn more.

My dad speaks moderate Russian and Arabic and some Mandarin Chinese besides Finnish and English. He never pushed me to learn languages (in fact, until I was 18, he thought I barely knew any English), but somehow it just happened :D

My native language is Indonesian language. I understand some Javanese & Sundanese because my parents sometimes speak on those languages.

Studied Mandarin and Japanese in school before. But don't speak it. (Well nobody speak those languages here) :/

I speak English only to non native Indonesian. So, site like this help me a lot to improve it, or meet foreigner friends. :)

I'm thinking to learn Dutch, because my grandparents speak in Dutch when they want to say something in secret. Curious of what they talk about. haha..
